1. Helps With Blood Circulation
-Lack of water or not drinking enough water can make blood thicker, which leads to blood pressure and other illnesses

Brains need water as much as oxygen, lack of water can lead to a slow flow of oxygen through the body.
3. Dehydrates The Skin
Lack of water can lead to dry skin, which can speeds wrinkles making the person appears older than their actual age

Drinking enough water a day will keep the body dehydrated and as a result, will not suffer from constipation and other illnesses such as kidney stones.

The body losses water through sweat, going to the toilet, etc. Urine is odourless, your body will tell you if you are drinking enough water. If your urine smells, then it’s your body telling you that you are not drinking enough water
